My '46 H is about 4 hours north at my Brother-in-laws small farm. I am planning on buying a more complete '48 to save me money in the long run. So, along with that plan, I am going to sell my '46. I called my BIL to arrange some time where we could bring the tractor down here so I could work on it and get it ready to sell. He said "I'll save you the trouble. How much do you want?" He likes the look of it on his farm. So he wants to keep it. So, I sold it to him for $800. I may have gotten more for it at the Antique Tractor Show in April, but I also may not have sold it all. So, at least I break even on the '48, and the '46 stays in the family. We are going to work on it to get it running better. He isn't going to work it, but may use it occasionally for odd jobs. Who knows. Anyway, now I have to worry about assessing that '48 and making sure it is a good deal.

I am glad to hear someone might save it from the junk man. If it was not so far from KY I would really be temted it could sit here with some of the other stuff I don't need.

PS, Andrew is now an E-2. Seems, they liked the way he ran the laundry. And here at home we couldn"t even get him to put his cloths in the hamper. Funny how things work out.
