maybe a 2424?

The 3 point hitch arms are stuck in the up position and when I start the tractor - the motor labors, bad. Might have stripped the lever that runs the 3 point up and down... I know it pushed very hard down. Put new fluid in it too.

Hi, take a picture of transmission top where gear shift is and hydraulic control valves in front of seat, if any.

Hi could be a 2300, 2424, 2444, 3414 or 3444.
These are all industrial models of the agricultural B414, 434, 444, and 384. They were build in the UK and shipped in pieces to USA and assembled. An assembled in USA one will have Delco Remy electrical system where as a UK assembled one will have Lucas electric system.

Is it Diesel BD154 or gas BC144 engine?

Hi, tractor could be the industrial version of B414 or 434. Does it have a draft control level beside the 3pt control lever? If it does try pushing the draft control lever completely forward and then try the 3pt lever. The other thing is there is some shut off and flow control valves (Knobs) on the casting on front of the seat. One valve controls the flow rate to the 3pt hitch and it is a push and turn 1/2 turn to reduce the flow from 6 to 3 GPM. The other valve controls the direction of hydraulic oil flow, either to 3pt or to a aux remote outlet. This one is turn 3 or 4 turns and if it is in wrong position the 3pt will be locked in position and 3 pt control lever will control flow to the aux remote but if you have no aux remote oil can't go anywhere and will cause the relief valve to trip and labor the engine.

Has/had a broom on the front and a rock rake on the back, when I bought it. I have found, both, red and white paint on it. Says Industrial across the top of grill. Has power steering too.
