A guy down the road from me has a 1975 International 666 gas for sale. It has 6000 hrs on it but doesn't smoke, runs and drives great. He says it is an excellent runner, good TA and field ready. I have to agree from appearance. It looks very good with about 90% rubber. Only thing I can see wrong is the paint is faded! Neighbors say he is very meticulous and took great care of it. He wants $3950. Is this a good price. What is it worth? I am from NE Ohio.

It's worth $5K.

Ask him when the engine was gone thru; 5,000 hours is usualy all ya can expect out of the gassers.

Paint is gonna be faded; it is 30 years old.

Kind of sounds like a real deal. I've got a 1400- hour 1969 gas 656 equipped nicely that I'd hate to part with for $3950, maybe even $4950.

If it is in good shape and the tires are 90 percent it is a bargain. I have a 666 that I love of course mine is a diesel, but I have had a gasser and it wasn't as bad as folks think on gas and it always started right up.
