Can anyone help me with the serial numbers for a F-30? The numbers I have are FB 29171. On this site I found a list that said the last number was 29007. What have I found? Thanks for your help.

You have a 1939. Serial numbers in my book for the F-30 in 1939 are 29007-30026. I hope this is the info you wanted. Andy.

Restoring old tractors is a hobby, not a business. No, it is not worth restoring just to sell. You will get less than 5 cents per hour for your labor. However, hearing the Ol'Gal run after you have tinkered with her for dozens of hours is worth a Million Bucks!

I totally agree. I don"t plan to sell. Just trying to find out some information about the F-30. Restoring old tractors is a lot of fun forme. If you make it a business all the fun is gone.

Thanks.where can I find lots of info on the F-30. I am going to restore it and I like to learn as much as I can about it before I start. I don't see many of these tractors around here in Georgia. Is it worth the time and money to bring her back?

29007 is the very first number for 1939. Yours was built sometime after that. The serial number reference guide does not give the last number for each year. It only gives the first number.
