The H, M, up through the 450 were all designed with a 75 psi relief valve for the oil pump.

My rebuilt H will run 70 psi all day long with Mobil Delvac 1 5w-40 in it at 1/2 to full throttle, at idle when warm it will come down to around 60 psi.

As long as you have over 20 psi at full throttle I wouldn't worry at all. I've seen many of them still running with 10 to 15 psi max.

First off, you can put the same grade of oil in the air cleaner that you put in the crankcase.
Second off, I know an M should have between 45 to 70 psi of oil pressure. Your H has slightly lower oil pressure I believe, so I would guess somewhere around 35 to 60 or so. I am sure someone who owns an H can give you more info, mine are just ballpark numbers.
