Putting back in. Original looks like it should be installed with a couple of springs. Wondering what type of install most of you use when replacing. With the springs or not. If so where or what kind of spring should I use.

other thing i like to do is set the radiator on rubber washers, dont know if it helps but seems to have less wear on the bottom of the radiator. get an old mudflap off a semi, use a holesaw with an 1-1/4 or 1-1/2 bit, cut some washers, then open the center hole of the washer to 3/8" to fit the mount bolts on the bottom of the radiator. mudflap also is a good source for the gas tank mounts too!!! easy to cut with a sabre saw

Take your old one to the hardware store and get one close to it. Seems like #45 is sticking out in my head for some reason.
