still looking for pics and info on the letting on the ratiator, tractor is painted in looking good tring to finish for a show in july, i thank you for your help,. next ? what is the tanks ( gas ) / caps painted
1. little tank in back cap coler and what was it used for

2. center tank cap coler and what was it used for

3 tank closesed to the engine cap coler and what was it used for need this info for the show, i was told one was used for water, fule and gas, thank you ps in topeka kansas this winter i was told that the 22-36 that went across seas had 22-36 on the back of the fenders was this right , and the usa was 15-30 on the back fender, just need more info,

The small rear tank was for gasolene for starting. The main tank of course held kerosene or tractor fuel, and the front tank was for water. Yes, water, in heavy work water was injected into the manifold to prevent pre-ignition.

The 22-36 that I bought in March has, what most people around here believe, the original paint on it even though it's faded and chipped as you can see in the picture. Near as I can tell the fuel caps are the grey color. About the decals I wouldn't know but I bought this one in central Minnesota so I can't really see it taking a two trips overseas but anything's possible...if you need any other help let me know I can always go out and take a look...
