Hydraulics fixed (How to solve your problem)

I am sure that all on this site in one way or another have had our machinary get the better of us.

I have read many of your posting and have seen you respond to many. If any thing your an example to many.

Look, I was not trying to discourage you from asking questions. I was trying to tell you that YOU MAY NOT GET YOUR ANSWER HERE. It happens. It's nothing to get your shorts in a twist over. This is a free forum and the advice is worth exactly what you paid for it, and you get the exact level of service you paid for.

I was trying to be helpful by suggesting alternatives to a direct answer, because it was obvious to me that you were not going to get a direct answer in a timely fashion. I've learned my lesson. No more trying to be helpful.

I am sorry you feel this way. And if have offended you then i apologies. I did take your coments the wrong way.

I believe you should keep helping others & sharing that wealth of knowledge with people that need it. There are over 250 000 post just on tractor talk. I believe there alot of people here who can help. Its just a matter of choice. I hope that i may become as knowledgable as some so i may help and understand their frustrations.

To many people make assumptions of others and i must apologies for my part.

It is not "a matter of choice." Nobody here is choosing to not help you, and I for one do not appreciate you implying that any of us are withholding knowledge for any reason.

We (you, me and everyone else here) represent a tiny tiny tiny TINY (less than 1%) subset of the farmers, tinkerers and "real tractor mechanics" in this world. The vast majority of the expertise is out there somewhere, not participating in this forum. A few by choice for sure, but some because they don't know about the forum, some because they don't have time, some because they don't "get" computers and/or the internet.

Though there are some here who would argue otherwise, we don't know everything. Between the regulars, the occasionals, and the one-timers, we know a LOT as a group, but not everything. You insisting that someone MUST know, and implying that we're intentionally not telling you how to fix your tractor is a huge insult to this community.

Well, okay, someone probably does know, but that someone does not necessarily participate in this forum. They're not obligated to.

If everyone pointed fingers at someone about advice they did or did not like, there would be no posters on the forum.
