I have a farmall "h" with a Super Six loader; unfortunately, the prevoius owner removed the bucket and mounted a "Farm-Built" plow in its place. If anyone can send me a couple of pictures of what the bucket looked like and how it attached to the arms, I'd sure appreciate the help.

I have a 44 Farmall H wide front. I was wondering if a New Idea Model 508 loader can be mounted or made to mount safely on a Farmall H.

yes they were without a doubt the best loader ever built for these tractors as the bucket always remained the same angle whether down or fully up built in MINN during the late 40s and early 50s high lift and very stable even built them and sold as MASSEY HARRIS

Yes, I have one on my H and i am fairly happy with it. Seams to be a lot more stable than other loaders that I Have seen. Mine really needed some reinforcing on welds when i got it.

I have a 200 series dual loader on my narrow front H. Move quite a bit of snow w/it every winter. It has double weights on back-but no fluid (hate that rusing junk-will NEVER use it). You gotta be careful when you turn. Grew up using loader on narrow front H's so have some experience. The most important rule to remember is to NEVER lift the loader high enough so you can see under it when you have the tractor moving in any direction. When you get to the snow pile, stop, lift the loader to the height of the pile & then-in low-move forward into the pile & dump when ya can't go forward any more. (My $0.02 worth. jal-SD)
