Have the 1466, and want to take the cab off and put fenders on, it must be an IH cab, has the IH logo on the side. It isn't the long style cab, it looks like a year a round cab, but isn't. How hard is it to take the cab off? am i ready to put fender on right after i take the cab off, or is the deck different? Am i able to use the same steps, or get different ones? they are the type that come out at a slant. second question. I need to put a hyd. clutch on it, it is unbearable with out it. Is it just bolted on, and hook up the hyd lines? or how hard is it to put one on?

I'm in the process of adding a hyd. clutch assist to a 1066 now. I'll let you know how it turns out.

Wilson, Have you ever had a hard time finding a used hyd. clutch for these tractors? My brother wants one for his 856 and my neighbor wants one for his 1066--everytime I call up a salvage yard I always ask if they have one, they say "not yet" and they want no less than $300 for it, which I don't suppose is a bad price, but I don't think my brother wants one that bad. Anyway, just curious. BTW, gave the name and number for the belly mower to the guy with the B, but didn't sound like he was that interested. Thank you very much anyway.
