The yoke on the main input shaft is held in place with a bolt and washer down in the middle of the yoke, if yours doesn't have one, it is because it has become loose and fallen out, which does happen sometimes, other than that, approach the job as if you were going to replace the clutch, except the clutch itself does not need to come out, if you look up under the tractor, you should see which bolts need to be removed in order to remove the clutch shaft. After you have removed all of them, you should be able to slide the shaft out of the clutch hub, and remove it. Getting some of those bolts to come loose requires a good bit of patience and some rather unorthodox methods, don't be afraid to use your hammer, and a good pry bar won't hurt either. If you know any choice words, now is the time to use them, and talking to yourself is o.k. Also, while the clutch shaft is out, do not depress the clutch pedal, or you will be removing the clutch in order to get it lined up again. I hope I have made myself clear, if not, ask more questions.
