Does any have any experience pulling a 2-14 trip plow with an F-20. I need some help getting it set up properly. It is a McComick #8 Little Genius Plow.

The lever on the left sitting on the tractor controls the depth, The lever on the right levels the plow to keep both bottoms plowing the same depth. The right side tire needs to follow in the tractor tire track. Tractor tire may need to be moved in to line up. Good points and proper colter adjustment and your farming fellow.

Andy, I "cut my teeth" on the steering wheel of an F20 and pulled a #8 plow several miles. I own a #8 now, don't actually own a 20 but the sons have 4 or 5. Be glad to help you with what I know about the combination. Email or Ph. #219-393-3802

Andy G, Setting A plow can be more or less A trial and error situation. There are A lot of factors that enter into it. I would say to just hook it up and get started. The way you hitch it to the drawbar can affect the draft on both the tractor and plow, what to look for; is the the front of the tractor trying to pull one way or the outher, does the plow crowd into the furrow wall or away from it? These are corrected by moving the hitch left or right. Set the levers to run both bottoms the same depth. I have tried to give you A basic place to start....Good Luck!!
