Got the W-9 running again, finally. Machine shop took a few months to get the valves ground, busy all the time in there. Anyway, the wiring harness is trash, all bare wires. I don't know where to find a new harness either.

Any ideas? Thanks!

John Brillman makes them like original and are reasonable. For every wires including battery cables it was like $180 for an H. www.brillman.com good luck

I probley could but i much perfer to do it on the tractor to get the lay out wright , they are easy to do but the hard part is getting the wire loom the main harness for the engine only has three wires one 14 ga. yellow and one 12 ga.blue and one 14ga. black and maybe a head lite wire on a W9 and that should be a 14 ga. purple the dash harness has a gray 12 ga. a red 12 ga . and what ever else ya can sort of cheet on i use the uninsulated end and use a real good delco heat shrink over the endsthis is what give the factory look .

I've been working! Worked with a friend making hay starting in June, then made hay on the family farm, now harvesting. Finally got an inch of rain and a day off. It's been busy all summer.

I'll check my OEM catalog for the harness and with agri services too.

Thanks
Steven

Try Agri-Services in Alden NY (716-737-6618). I've not used them myself but have heard from others they make good reproduction harnesses for IHC.

I bought the complete harness for my Farmall H from Agri-services, and they did a wonderful job. I ordered by phone and would suggest likewise as they can best figure out what you need, since there are several variations such as Mag vs Distributor, and regulator location. Good luck.
