Saw this BN at Empre Farm Days in Seneca Falls, NY. Notice the two seats...and the step to get up on it. This tracor was really nice, as was two others the gentleman owned. I have a BN that is going into the barn for a refurb this fall. I took lots of pictures and am planning to use this as a model. I think I will look to install a second seat as well.....comments....suggestions.

Take Care
Steve

These old tractors are cute, but remember they were not built to be toys. They are very dangerous. The operator has controll (hopefully) of the machine and knows when he's turning, stopping etc. A passenger does not. Also a passenger has no steering wheel to hold on to. We are all guilty of giving rides, but that is ALWAYS a Bad idea. Trust me , I have experience in this area. IH only put one seat on this unit for a very good reason, Safty. Dave BN.

I have a "B" that I have done the same thing to. It gets a lot of looks and gives the wife a place to go along with me. I also have taken the frame and single wheel from an old sickle mower that came with an "A" that I bought and striped it down and welded two seats side by side on it complete with foot rest and handle bar also an umbrella holder. Makes a great people hauler and is a lot of fun at parades and shows.

I forgot to look as close as I should have. I DID add a second steering wheel for just the reason that No NO NO stated. As for treating a tractor as a toy I am sure that everybody here knows just how dangerous a tractor can be and would never treat one as a toy.

Lots of toys, boats, motor cycles, hang cliders, etc. can hurt, mame, kill, you.
