Joe: What you pay for these implements is probabley not the big factor, but rather the type of shape they are in. Wear parts on items like plows, disks, cultivators and rear blades can run into money quite fast. Items like disk blades, bearings, plow coulters, points, land sides, cutting edges can soon gobble up some money. I have a 2 bottom plow and a disk that came with a tractor here right now, 100-150 dollar items. By the time I get them in working order they are going to be 500-600 dollar machines. Plow needs points, land sides and new coulter blades and bearings. Disk needs new blades on front and bearings. I can tell you right now I am looking at $1,000 in Canadian money to do both. probably $700. US. Look those wear parts over closely, if they are good you may have to bid accordingly. You are going to find Fast Hitch disks a very rare commodity. Mounted disks really didn't catch on until after the day of the fast hitch.
