Greg: Last week I sent you a e mail which I attached two photos, and mentioned some others. The first photo was of my 130 with snow blade. The second was a photo of my Super A and 140. I received and e mail back from you indicating you recieved mine and indicating you would like to see the other photos.

I have tried 5 time in past week to send another e mail with info you indicated you would like to see. Each time I try to send you another e mail my computer locks up and a message appears on screen stating the photo of my 130 with snow blade is on a temporary file. I have sent several other people e mail with no problem so just wondered if problem may be at your end. Did you in fact recieve photo of 130? In your e mail you just mentioned equipment.

I am not a computer whizz kid so if any else has an idea as to what is wrong here would apreciate any help.

Greg: Try and send me an e mail as I can't send you one even with no attachments. I know what Randy is saying, these computers work as well as the hay balers of 50 years ago.

Sounds to me as though your computer is trying to run on 2 cylinders. If only a can of red paint would cure the problem, eh?

Hugh, Unforunately I get to work on computers for a living. I am not a whiz kid but can get around. Some times when you reply back and forth with a message Windows will drop the attached files after so many sends. I would make sure that you start with a new message and attach the picture files from where ever you have them stored on your computer. See if that works. Most of my users hate to hear the words "reboot your computer". It is amazing how often that corrects things. Windows has a tendency to eat up memory and other resources and not totally release them when you exit a program. I re-boot my machine everyday here at work. Good luck. Randy

I am guessing that you are running a version of Microsoft Windows. They are trying real hard to make it idiot proof. (By-the-way, I am not implying that you are an idiot). The only problem is is that sometimes Microsoft does things in the background for us that don't always make sense. As much as I hate to tell people to re-boot your computer you sometimes have to do it to clear up everything that Windows is trying to do for us. It really makes it hard to trouble shoot Windows not knowing exactly what it is hiding from us. Glad to hear that you got it to work.

Randy: I have taken a look at what your saying, and indeed showed it to my better half, who by the way cleans up all the messes I get into on computer.

The item I however question is the fact I can not send Greg an e mail even without attachments. The whole system just locks up and I get this message across my screen and the e mail indicating the picture of my 130 is in a temporary file. It is also in file where normally stored also. I have sent several e mails to other people with no problem. I am not trying to suggest the problems lies with Greg's computer. I was curious as to whether he did in fact get the particular photo in question. He has indcated he did. Earlier this evening I suggested to Greg he try and e mail me. That really shouldn't be a problem as he already sent one right after receiving the original. So I doubt if that will resolve anything. Somehow, within my computer that photo is attached to Greg's e mail address. There in may lie the problem, I have just been hitting the reply to try and send him an e mail. Must try typing in his address.
