I have a loader that ibelieve to be a no 31 that was on a H. My question is will it fit on an MTA?

If I remember correctly after some 30 years, Yes. But there was a conversion package to make it fit. It was a fabricated "block or extension" that mounted on the axles that in effect made the loader frame longer. Just do not remember how much longer it must be.

I remember those extension blocks, used the same thing to make the 31 fit on a Farmall 350, I am guessing that this would add about 4 inches?

If I remember correctly, these things were made from rectangular steel tubing, with a flat piece welded on one side to fit into the slot on the axle housing, and a corresponding groove on the opposite side to accept the loader. It also seems as though the rectangular pieces were long enough to have holes drilled in them, so that the mounting bolts went through them. Hope this at least gives you some ideas.
Live hydraulics would be very nice.
