I have a few of the F series tractors and the most common problem is the blocks cracking behind the carberator or on the bottom front of the block. If they are not too bad they are easy to fix as they have no pressure in the radiator. I would be careful about getting one that is stuck because sleeves and bearings are hard to get and they are high dollar. They are tough tractors and simple to work on but you have to service them every time you run them. The F-20 has no oiler for the rocker arms so you have to oil them every time you use it. They have oil holes so it is no problem to do but you need to know that is needed. A lot of the gaskets and other common parts can be purchased from NAPA ( points, plugs condenser, stuff like that). Other parts are from Rice Equipment and others. People like to see these old tractors running around at the shows. Good luck.
