Have not started my 806 sence nov. 6- 2003. Started it sat.Jan. 10 and the front pump does not work, no power steering or brakes and the lite will not go off so no pressure. Put a new filter in last spring but changed it again anyway and tryed to bleed it by taking out the plug on the side of the muliple control valve . Don't know what happened. Worked fine when I shut it off last. Any one know what I should try next?

I pull the plug to the rear of the MCV valve that takes a 5/8 wrench. There aren't any springs to jump out at you. Just pull the plug and crank over the starter till oil shoots out. Some times you will need to start the tractor.

Done tryed that also, no luck. Back pump works fine, puts out about 2,000 psi on a gauge I plug in the rear outlets just can't understand what happened to the front pump. Could it be air locked?

The MCV pump loosing prime is typical of IHC 706-1586. The cause is either a weak pump or a internal leak in the system. I've found that if you remove the flow divider completely, largest plug facing toward back of tractor (nut, spring and spool) then just crank the engine until oil squirts out, if you start the engine you will get
a gusher when it primes. If you didn't have any trouble before then it probably will be OK untill it sets without use again.
