See what kind of deal you can get if you trade in the wife on the tractor-kill two birds with one stone!

The loader should work, may need a lil modifying here and there,, dont think the mower will as the lift is different on the H and C.. buy the H and fix it, then you have both,,,Jim

Do what I have done. I had a hard time convincing my wife I needed the first tractor and now I have five.

Let her know how much you paid for the tractor and show her some of these crazy ads on the classifieds and photo ads. Then tell her that this is a great investment. She need not know that nobody buys these high dollar tractors.

Hey Scotty, If it's reason's to tell your wife, why you need another tractor, your in the proper place, several hundred "reason's" in the archives, why you could make use of that old pile of iron. Cheers, Murray
My wife was listening to me this past week-end talking to a person on the phone, about an old tractor that his mother ownes and has not been used for several years, Carole just shook her head and walked away, later asking what I would do with another old tractor.

Murray: How many will that make? Doesn't really matter as you just keep moving them between home and farm. Carole has probably lost count.

I was bidding on a 77 Oliver last week, but it was 8 hours away and to the north, the weather caused me to loose interest. Complete tractor, not stuck and went for $360. I however did remember a 66 going for $5xx. something in nice weather 3 miles away, last spring.

Jim: Will keep that in mind, I'm not going anywhere until this bloomin weather changes, unless it's straight across Lake Erie and 800 miles beyond. E mail me.

James: I really have no problem bringing home any old iron I decide on. In all my almost 39 years of married life, I have really never heard a comment one way or the other. Then again my good wife started out with me on the farm at a very young age, she grew with it.
