Buy Guy Fays' new hundred series tractor book, just getting to book stores and internet places such as Amazon and Barnes and Noble. The book gives EXACT factory locations.

try to find old advertising pics and copy them. if in doubt, leave it off! One of my pet peeves is the "oil level" sticker that comes with some of the older sets. it is for the aircleaner can on the early tractors that does not have the embossed can with the oil level line on it. lots of those stickers end up on the oil pan where they do NOT belong.

The sticker placement on an M and a 300 could be the same or maybe different,i am not sure, have never seen a restored 300. So here is were some of them are on my M
Shift pattern--On the left side of light bar on the flat steel,or on the left top of the tank,i have seen both.

6 volt--don't have a sticker like that, but would assume it would go on the battery box.

Hitch only to--back half of left fender

gas sticker--on the side of the gas cap

power take-off--goes on the pto shield.I have the big black and yellow sticker.

That is what i know, the ones i left out are the ones i don't no.Hope this helps.

If you buy quality decals from K&K they will be right to the year and instructions where to place them. K&K Antique Tractors 5995 N. 100W Shelbyville, In. 46176 317-398-9883
