And dont forget FWIW for what it's worth. and TIA, thanks in advance.
And my favorite, VIN which is vehicle identification number. Yes, it is NOT VIN Number, as that would be vehicle identification number number.
Is it just me, or it the winter wearing thin?

I figure most Canadians would only see OT as "Overtime"as in Maple Leafs and Oilers tied 2-2 and going into O-T!!!sorry, its our hockey mentality..... .Mike in Exeter Ontario

Michael: As an old hockey fan of 40 years ago, this canadian has lost interest. I figure the only thing they have left going for them is Ron MacLean and Don Cherry and CBC is going to kill that. I must be getting old and grumpy.

Yeah, and sometimes it's pretty fun. See my OT above. This is a great sight with lots of friends and we can chase a few rabbits from time-to-time. Some folks don't like it when we do, but just see how others jump on them when they complain about OT. I think they just must be ex-military and can't take too much levity. Anyway, I think the majority of our friends enjoy a little sidetrack or two. I know I appreciate and learn things from them. :-)

Peabody: I agree whole heartedly with you, as regulars on here we are first and foremost friends. Sure we get in a few arguments or disagreements from time to time, but that is healthy.

Only one thing that bothers me a bit, is a few genuine questions do go unanswered. I think we should make a greater effort to catch those, as they are quite often first timers, and we don't want to loose them. I know they are often questions a lot of us don't have answers for, but I think if we made a little effort to show interest, we may spark someones memory. Could be the guy with their answer is away that day. On a few ocasions I have attempted to get the attention of someone I feel knows the answer. Just my thoughts.

Mark,
Yes. Thanks. I used my new-fangled multi-meter and determined the coil was 6-volt, just as suspected. My buddy is restoring the Cub and going 12-volt and is going to put a resistor in line. Thanks for your help!
