Are they the same distance apart on an M as on an H?

Les and I were talking about these earlier. Don't know the correct terminology, but we're referring to the notches in the axle housings that the drawbar mounting brackets bite into.

One step further -- the U part of the H/M drawbar will fit a C. Bought one with rear mount sickle mower attached to it.

Never mind, you mean the indents in the rear axle housings for the implement mounting brackets (what else would call them?), they are the same because IH intended the H&M to use some of the same implements.
