Hi guys,I have a mower drive with a right side output for the pulley. The pto shaft exits the trans below the pulley housing.I was looking at those prince pto pumps and i was wondering if it will slide on the pto shaft far enough beacause it will hit pulley housing. My calculations seem to be it will only slide on about 2 inches before hitting.Anyone using one of these with the mower drive/pulley setup still in place?I dont think it will work.Didnt buy a pump yet beacause of this.I think it is possible i will make junk out of tractor and the pump at the same time-don

You are correct that type of a prince pump will be close i would see if they will let you try it and be able to return if not room. There is not a lot of room with the belt from the mower being there mite have to run belt off to use hy as you dont want the mower running when you use the hy system.

If this is the pump you are talking about and you have the pully for the Woods mower yes it will work great together.

Yes,that is the pump.I have a IH mower deck and the pump looks like it will not slide on the pto shaft far enough without hitting the back of the pulley housing for the mower pto

You should be able to find a pump that has a PTO adapter attached to it that will slip over and clamp to the PTO shaft, with the pump located behind the adapter.
