Part of the cultivator on my Super A is broke. It appears to be cast. Can you weld it and make it hold? It is the part that has two loops underneath and round bar goes through the loops. This part bolts to a square stock that bolts directly to the tractor and is held in place with two bolts that come in on an angle. I don't imagine I will ever find one of these huh?
It has a IH part # PO 3100 on it.

I may have that part. It'll be Mon. before I can look for it. I'll let you have it for 10.00 plus shipping. E-mail me if interested.

I'm a welder and I wouldn't bother fixing it. It's common scuffler part and fairly easily found at a wrecker for likely about $20

If it is cast it can be welded. Find someone who knows how to weld cast and talks to you about preheating before welding and post heating after welding. Someone who just talks about nickel rod is a maybe but not guaranteed welder of cast. Preheat cast, use the correct rod and post heat after welding and you should be okay. Your part must be small enough to go in a preheat oven that can heat and soak the cast at the correct temp. and then post heat the weldment to releave stresses after welding. I have seen several cast parts on cultivators welded.
