I recently saw old re-runs of the TV show "Green Acres" and was wondering what kind of tractor is shown, some scenes have it with rubber tires and some have smooth steel wheels (which don't make sense to me) and I noticed what appeared to be a hand clutch. Does anyone know what kind, what year, or maybe it's a Hollywood fabrication.

If you look closely you can see three tractors. when the theme song starts and it does that "fly by" you can faintly see an old farmall( appears to be a "50" series) sitting next to a building then when "mr. douglas" drives the blue tractor across the screen, this tractor is either a JD ar an old case the tractor featured in the show is a ford or fordson.

There are actually two Hoyt-Clagwell tractors. One in the show intro, and another in the actual show. If I remember correctly the intro tractor is a JD GP, and the one in the actuall show is a Fordson.

Is Hoyt-Clagwell a real vintage tractor? I never heard of it.
