Are there two disc for each side or is this out back together wrong?Second,are the two springs still avaiable at dealer or is there a "hardware store" alternative?Any other tips and advice you can share is appreciated!I got to change the seal as two,one or two,theres one in it now and looks as if its been replaced at one time.Thanks fellers1!

There is usually a guy selling the discs on ebay for the best price I've seen, four total. The small springs are indeed available at the Case dealer.

49cubber, if the springs you are asking about are the long return springs from the pedals to the drum, they were $16 ea for my super c. which i refused to pay. i bought a package of 5 1/2" x (approx diameter) generic springs from the display at the cih dealer for $5.50-6.00 and they work just fine. there should be 2 discs per side with the mechanism in between the discs.

The springs I am talking about hold the two round sections together inside to keep the three balls in between them.Thanks!

i haven't had to get any of those springs in a long while. i sure hope they would still be available, since so many tractors had that type of brakes.
