I am looking for hydraulic cylinders for some cultivators I recently bought for my M. Are they all the same, or did each cultivator require different ones? The manual does not list the actual cylinder, so I guess it is detailed in the Lift-All manual.

Would the HM-7 Middlebuster have its own lift cylinders, or would it use the same ones from the cultivators?

If I pick up some cylinders, how can I tell which ones they are? Is the delayed rear cylinder different than the front ones?

I would really like to get the old cultivators and Middlebuster worknig on my M, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

JG

The cultivator cylinders are all the same . Don't know about the middle buster. The delayed drop feature of the rear cultivator is built into the liftall on the rear outlet on the left side. Push the control part way for the fronts to drop then push all the way for the rear. The delayed raise was created by putting a special fitting/valve in the line to the rear cylinder. They still work perfectly fine without this. The fitting was made of cast iron and we dropped and broke ours years ago. Just ran thru 7 acres of corn with my 2 row on the H today(tues). Works great.
