I am pulling a stock 46 Farmall H (new to this), and we checked my RPM's tonight and it maxes out at 1400. They said I need to change my governor springs. Where do I get these? I am aloud 10% over. I have another pull this Saturday and need them quick. Thank you in advance.

Go to your NAPA dealer; they have a spring selection and the one that matches your H spring in length is just a bit stiffer and will give you some additional RPM's.
As the other post mentioned, get a service manual to do the job correctly.

It can be a bit shorter in length,, you need a bigger diameter wire size than the OEM spring to get what you are looking for. Sure we have springs for this, and they work very well, you can get 20 percent over rpms,, just back the high speed adjustment inside the governor to set rpm. Also, you should be able to back the high speed adjustment bolt inside the housing to get 10 over rpm, should be enough there to increase it, but soon, you will stretch that spring. Max no load idle is 1815. Governor springs should be available from Case-IH. Your governor can also be adjusted so that you get the full 1815 -- there is an upper and lower adjustment inside the governor; you really need a service manual.
