You have to get a reversable transmission top which has the reversed shifter forks. You remove your old top, flip the differential, and install the new top with the reversed shifter rails. Check some of the southern salvage yards. You want a reverse top that was used on low drum cotton pickers. Should not be too hard to find. When you make the conversion, if your tractor is a tricycle, also be sure and turn the steering bolster around to reverse the caster so it will steer right.

Used to work at a pickle factory where we had several Farmalls revised this way, to make forklifts. 'Course, seat and controls had to be reversed too, but they worked.
