You should be ok to bore the H block to 3-5/8, some have done it by boring the sleeves, some have done it by taking the sleeves out and running on the block. Now as far as the 300 block,, REMEMBER,,, all the H parts will interchange to the 300-350, Yes, there is differences in the crankshaft between the 2. If you use an H crank in the 300-350 block, use the H main bearings on the 300-350 block, or vice versa. Ok?? That is a good price for a good block!! Now, this is something I need to bring up,, The wrist pins in the 300-350 piston kits, are smaller than the H. A bushing can be made to accomidate the difference, and if you wanted more power,, just raise the wrist pin height for added compression,,, (More on that later) Depends on how much you wanna spend on the upgrade with machine work. Keep looking around for a machine shop with lower prices,, LOL. ChadS
