I posted a message a week ago about why the linkage would not start the PTO. Sure enough the valve fell right out the bottom when the plug was taken out. The little PIN was sheared off. The new one cost $1.27 I believe. Well, I have it all together and it works. My question is this. What keeps the valve from turning and changing the pressure. The valve will turn when it is installed. In fact there is a little hole right under the threads on top so a nail or something can be stuck in to turn it when setting pressure. Do you guys understand what I am getting at????? ? Maybe it doesn't vibrate loose or change with the internal spring and all. Thanks. andy

Andy I think that was a self locking thread Depends how hard it turns if not very hard you might put a set screw in the nut. You should set the pressure with a gauge there is a port on the left side through the braket that holds the linkage.

should be a jam nut screwed on to shaft first. The linkage will keep it from turning once it is conected.
