My lift cylinder had a coupla pinholes in it so I popped it off and put a Chief cylinder on..it is a very close match. The problem is I must have air in the system and I don"t see a bleed valve anywhere.
Heck, I can"t even tell when/if the darn thing is full.
I didn"t loose that much fluid in the transition. The bucket is very jery and I"m getting some out the breather after I collapse the cylinder(s) and shut her down.
Any help would be appreciated.
thanx

Mark: If you raise to full height and lower that loader several times the air should all come out. Are you sure the system has plenty oil. I presume the tractor would have additional resovoir with loader added. Changing a loader lift cylinder is a high percentage of the oil in that small system.

Any hydraulic system with hoses to both ends of lift cylinders, gains a sizeable resovoir within the cylinders themselves. Make sure you have lots of hydraulic oil in system. It is as important as blood in your veins, at least being low will have same effect on pump.

Red: If you have a buyer, let it go. I am very busy right now, and don't have time to deal with it.
