I am having problems posting a message. When I click the Post Message button it takes me back to page 1 and doesn't post the message some times. Is there a problem with the web site or my computers. I tried my work computer and my two computers at home. Roger

Roger, I think whoever is looking after this site quite. When I use my regular email address nemosett@aol.com it says I'm not allowed because my IP address isn't allowed, whatever that means. WhenI use another address like polykel@aol.com, that I used here to post to you, it lets me post. I've written for more then a week to get help restoring my address but no one answers. Don't know what is going on. ron

I have been having exactly the same problem off and on for about 6 months now. Goes away and then comes back. Personally I think it is a software gremlin as it is intermittent.

I now have the problem where I cannot submit a link in the optional link url box. Works on preview, works on initial post, but as soon as you go to view the post from the main page, the link is dead.....

this is the link I have been using for the last year and a half with out a problem.

I am kind of hoping the new phpbbs software will be used soon.

You are probably trying to post an unallowed website address or the name of unallowed competition, or even an unallowed word. This site screens your posts to prevent you from doing so. You usually can get around it by substituting some characters.

Hi Roger, I have that problem sometimes and have never gotten a really good answer on that. Its almost like your blocked for some reason. The last time it happened I posted a new link on top of the one with my reply. JON
