Recently purchased a Farmall 460 with a 2 point hitch. I know you can purchase arms/extenders that go into the 2 point arms, but how do you set up the "center link" attachment to the tractor? An explaination or even pictures would be great. I appreciate your help.

Go to worksaver.com. Look at their rear hitch conversions - 2point, and look at the line drawings for HK 126 and HK 132. See of that makse any sense. I have their conversion on a Farmall 200, a different kit but it works well.

There should be 2 tappings in the the lift arms on each side. take a piece of 1/2 X 2in flat steel bend it to fit from the holes to the rock shaft then to the holes on the other side. Cut 2pieces of the flat stock 21/2 in long. Drill a 7/8 in hole in them , weld them in the center for your top link. If you use a strap around the rock shaft for the top link it is pretty sloppy when using a blade or any down pressure attachment MY 2 cents worth

The top link is basically strapped to the rockshaft of the fast hitch. A simple flat steel strap bent in a U shape with a hole in each end makes a clevis that you attach the top link to. It doesn't matter that the "eye" on that end of the top link is sideways, because the whole thing pivots on the rockshaft.

A while ago I posted a picture of my 350 with a 2pt #100 mower mounted. However, if you look at the photos, especially the one looking right at the back of the tractor, you'll see the described top link attachment. Go to implement photos and search on 'balance' to find my pix.
