What do you guys think this tractor would weigh? Has cultivators and one set of weights on the back, otherwise nothing different between it and any other B.
Got a guy looking at it, needs to know weight. Also, what size of trailer would be needed?
Thanks

The trailer I have hauls my B fine but I run into a snag if I put to wide of a tire on it. It gets a little tight on the fender's but the weights clear just fine. But then again thats on my trailer too plus it a 10,000 car style.

A tandem axle trailer with the usual 3500 lb axles is more than adequate, as is a half-ton pickup. A potential problem is getting the rear wheels between the trailer fenders.

As far as the trailor it has to be one where the tires are under the bed. Otherwise like on a car hauling trailor it will be up on the rails. Been there done that and it doesn't work well

With the wheels moved in, it is probably more of a problem of the weights hitting the fenders, I think you can put blocks under the tires. Lot of trailers have around 81 inches between the fenders. Depending on tire size, at the narrowest setting (a lot of work, if you are on the road) the tire width should be about 74-76 inches, plus or minus.

Ther are a lot of variables.
My B weighs 2140 lbs. That's with no water in the tires, no wheel weights, nobody on the seat, bare tractor, but it did have a battery and half tank of gas.
Add 140 lbs each for the rear weights. I don't know what to add for the cultivators, but I have a set out back and I can't lift them so, maybe 300 or 400 lbs more for them. If you have water in the tires, add even more.
