SMTA hydraulic problem

I am getting no flow through the hydraulic remote control valve. It seems as though the rod is not connected to the valve. I have opened the top of the valve box by removing three bolts and the square nut on the top of the box. My parts manual does not show the parts inside the box other than the centering spring assembly. How do all those parts work together to have the lever activate the valve? Thanks for your help.

Hey Pete,
I have lived in Alaska for twenty yeas, and I have yet to see a SMTA up here. Now I guess there is two of them. I have a restored '44 H with a wide front and M & W hand clutch.
I am in the Palmer area, where are you?
Jerry

I live in North Carolina, but my heart is in Alaska after visiting it four times.

I envy you for living there. My heart's there even though I live in NC.

Just checking: You certain the Liftall lever (sticks out of the right side of the hydraulic reservoir) is pulled all the way back and latched? You'll get no flow through the remote 4 way valve if it is not!

Yes, the lever on the tank is pulled all the way back. It appears that handle from the valve is unattached to the valve. Thanks for the response.
