I'm not sure about the RP in the serial #... The Super A has a draw bar, and the first place that comes to my mind to find one would be OEM Tractor Parts, or you could look for a used one. Like I posted below you can get mowers that were built to fit your Super A that either completely mounted on the tractor, or ones that were semi mounts and trailed behind. The fully mounted type were either belly type, or mounted at the rear of the tractor. I wish I could come up with some model numbers for you but I'm blanking at the moment, and all I have at hand is the 16-A, but that's for a regular non-super A (hand lift). If I were you I would look for a belly type since you can see what's going on and wont have a stiff neck at the end of the day! Pretty much every thing you listed doesn't requires a 3 point hitch, but a bailer would be a bit much for a SA horse power wise (not to mention the lack of a live PTO, and the fact that a bailer is a pretty big piece of equipment if you have a lot of hills), we had a 14T with a it's own Wisconsin engine that did the trick.
