OK,this is the first time the RPRU has came close enough to me to be within driving distane,6 hrs or so.My plan is to drive up on Friday, spend the night at the hotel, which guys if youre going that route youd better get one quick, eveything close is already sold out,and then go to the show on Sat.What I cant decide is Saturday night, should I go ahead and get a second night. From past shows can I see it all in one day,or can I "cover the grounds" in a couple of hours?I dont what the extra expence if I dont need it!

My brother and I are the ones goings, maybe my 9 yr old if he passes 4th grade.(I probably shouldnt deny him the chance to go but his school work comes first!)We plan on leaving early Friday morning which we hope will put us there by lunch time.We plan to give it a quick run through, when I say that I mean just walk around and see if there is anything in particualr we want to see or do then come back Sat. morning and spend the day. Were not big on talking to people about what they have unless its something unusual we havent seen before,we kinda keep to ourselves and our opinions as well.Like we always say,you seen one M farmall you have just about seen them all,but put an attachment on it and theres something new!Im really looking foward to this as this onew is the closest to me and/or everything has worked out right for us to go!Go RED POWER!

We are planning to go from here in central Illinois. I am getting an A ready to take. It is small and lightweight to trailer that far. It also leaves me plenty of room on the trailer for lots of goodies to come home with. We are planning on being there the entire time and spending an extra day around the area.

John, I've been to two of them at Mt Pleasant Ia. and one at Penfield Il. The show grounds usually cover aobut 30 to 40 acres just for displays, and normally 800 to 2,000 tractors and machinery. If you like to look and talk as I do, all three days are not enough. Bt rhe way, the show is Thur, Fri, Sat. July 21-23

just depends if you go to look at tractors or visit. I can see tractors at home. I'll be there all 3 days.

Having been to several RED POWER shows one day is not enough. There is no way that all the rooms in the area can be gone as NASHVILLE has more rooms than the show will demand. We have even pitched a tent for overnite.

John. I was at the 2003 show and wished that I had more time. Was there for 3 days and saw all of the grounds but was not able to see all the differnt actives, nor able to talk to as many owners about their tractors as I would have liked to. It is about a 3000 mile trip for me and I plan on going again. Morgan
