P/S hydraulic leak on cold start

Been quite cold here in the northeast. I started my 240 (!!!) a few days ago when it was in the low 20s and let it idle for about 10 minutes. On starting, the loader arms started to raise by themselves and were hard to control (had seen that happen before). After I got them tamed I went back to the garage. I came back out in a couple minutes and noticed a puddle of hydraulic oil dripping along the base of the belly pump which powers the power steering, right where the pump sits on the drivetrain frame. I probably lost nearly a quart and could watch it flow. Any theories?

I know I have a leak in the p/s pump but never saw this kind of visible seepage before, more like a cascade. It really seemed like the cold weather was a factor. (The loader arms were especially hard to stop moving for the first minute.) Thanks, guys.

Kind of strange that the loader moves on it's own, probably a control valve sticking? As far as the steering leak goes, since cold fluid is thicker, the pressure could be higher, probably took out a seal that was about ready to fail. Seems like these things always show up when it's cold out.
