Am trying to remove the impulse coupling from my F4 Mag. What thread size is it???? Owatonna Tool Co. used to make a puller for them (MT-50) Tried to make one today, but am having a hard time trying to figure the thread size. It is not 1/2 x 20 so we moved up to 9/16 x 18. Still does not seem to be the correct thread. What else could it be????? ??? Would appreciate any help so that I can get the old F20 back on the road or at least get the mag done. Thanks in advance. JIM in central ILL.

Jim
Is the F4 the saem as the H4. If you are close to Springfield,IL, I have one the tools to take the impusle off of the H4 mag. I do not want to sell it or loan it, but if you were to bring your mag by my shop, I would pull it for you. I am pretty sure the tool I got is a MT50, so it should work, Let me know. Email me if I can help

Not sure if the same. If you have a thread pitch gauge, that would tell me the # of threads per inch, plus I would need the dia. Thanks. JIM I believe the threads per inch to be somewhere between 18 and 22.
