Paul: I stand corrected, just waded through this new snow we got overnight and out to my shop. Marg. asked if I was going out to plow that damn snow, I replied, " Not if the Buick will go up and down the drivway without." Now this is not Saginaw snow, drifts are the other way, so it looks like snow right off the Labrador coast, and you know who is responcible for that. Now about the tractor, I was wrong. Decals say McCormick only in inch high letters just above the word Farmall. Just before these words both sides it has the IH logo and in small print on bottom International Harvester. Under the word Farmall in letters about 1/2" high it reads, " Made in the United States of America * International Harvester Company, Chicago, Illinois. Of course the SA round decal reads A with the word super in smaller print. Now this tractor was painted about 20 years ago, at that time the new decals came from Allen Haugh, in Brucefield, ON. and were exactly same as originals. I was a bit more of a purest back then. What is even more annoying, I remember events from back then better than current events. Now I'm just trying to remember who's tractor I saw McCormick Deering on in the past 6 months. Probably that 42 W4 or 46 H my neighbor is resurecting. Now back to this blommin snow, I don't think Marg. is going to fall for, "Buick going up and down driveway as good enough." Just going by the background commentary.
