There was post a few days back that mentioned a Hubar grader, pushed by a tractor, like an Allis. I've seen a Galion and a Trojen which used an M as a power source. What powers a Hubar? Any pics out there?

Yea good luck getting $4,000 for one of those. My dad fixes stuff on the side and a neighbor dragged one over and wanted it fixed. My dad told him "drag it right home with you ! I don't want to even look at it." The guy left it anyway and told him to look at it when he could. After TWO years The guy came over to see what was up. My dad said, "I told you to drag it home with you and it is still the same two years later." The guy called in the junkey and HE took it to a new home. I would NOT touch one of these because they are beat to a pulp after the county road crews are done with them. Jeffcat

Bob's Huber is the same as what I found the other day. The two I found weren't running, one had a herc engine (org) and one had a chevy engine shoe horned into it. A fellow bought them and lost interest. I have a friend that has one he is restoring, quite unique..... ...

You mean a HUBER grader-maintainer?

The couple I've have had Hercules engines in 'em. Perhaps Huber built the base tractors themself?
