No response to this post last time - maybe the subject was wrong? Surely somebody knows the answer!

Mr. Knauff of PA posted his M&W manual on Vintage Ads (Thanks You Mr. Knauff) In the lubrication instructions it talks about using the grease supplied by M&W and inserting the "Tip". Did this grease come in a tube? It also talks about inserting the grease fitting(supplied by M&W.) I assume this isn't a standard zert? Any information about this lubrication would be appreciated? How do you lube yours? Also I can't get the Vintage Ads to print without all the YT boiler plate. Dick Davis

Mine has a 1/8 pipe thread that takes a flat screwdriver to remove.I screw in zerk fitting and use wheel bearing grease.

I used high temp grease and just used a normal grease zert. I can't remember what size though?? Something common 1/4",1/8" ?? I could try to email the manual to you if you'd like. Would it work to copy and paste to a program like Word? I'm not too sure how to get it to print just the manual.
