HowdyI've got a 1966 IH cub ( 12v ) and a cow got in the barn last night and ran her horns all over it. Pulled ignition and plug wires, and pulled the wires from the genny as well. Ignition and plug wires were easy to figure out. Genny is a bit harder. Can anyone tell me which terminal is the field, and which is the armature? Give location, as the genny is still installed and hood is on. As all you cub owners know, the genny is all but inaccessable with the hood on.. and I really don't want to pull it ( and gas tank.. and dash.. etc ) unless I have to. I can get my hands in there to re-attatch wires.. but that's about it.. can't see what I'm working on. If someone can identify the arm / field I'll be good to go. Off hand.. anyone know if this is an A-circuit or B-circuit generator? Since it was disconnected for (??how long?? ) I want to repolerize it.. but will need to know circuit type to do that. thanks Soundguy
