Has anyone every installed or used a Worksaver or Saginaw hitch conversion
on a Super-C? The Saginaw guy says the Worksaver's are junk and that the
side rods hit the pedals Link

I have a Saginaw hitch on mine. It is worth the money. I installed quick disconnects on the hydraulic hoses, so I can remove it when I want to install the sickle mower on the axle clamps

You couuld get a fast hitch and convert it over to 3pt. As far as lifting power; I can lift the back end of my Farmall A off the ground, thats with wheel weights, and loaded tires. Lifts it with no trouble. Andrew

I have a C with a Worksaver 3 point on it. The side arms do not hit the pedals, although they are pretty close. This hitch was on the tractor when I got it. I certainly would not waste my money buying one. The lift range is limited and the lift capacity is only about 500 lbs. You can adjust to get more lift range by setting the pins in different holes, but then the lift capacity is even less.

I have a 3 point on my Super C that seems to be Farmall casting numbers but Case/IH parts guy can"t seem to verify if it may have came with the tractor. However, no help for your question.

To the best of my knowledge, IH never made a 3pt conversion kit for the Super C or any Farmall.

That thing on your tractor may be cobbled up with the lift arms from a set of cultivators, but it's not a 3pt conversion.

You know it is very easy to make a 3 point hitch for a Super c if you have the plow hitch rockshaft. Mine has a C214 plow with it and when the plow is off all you have to make is brackets that bolt onto the side of the drawbar assembly. Then you buy a set of lower hitch arms from a parted out 504 and a set of lift arms from the 504. Add a cross steel plate to the plow hitch rockshaft for the third link mounting and you have a 3 point lifted by the Touch Control hydraulic lever. I am intending to build this setup for mine and it will use over 90% IH parts.
