For those with 300U operators manuals,check out page 2.There in illustration 2A they show the serial number plate and the cast-in engine model right beside that.Check that engine model out.....
Remember,the engine is supposed to be a C169.
And yes,this image is of a 300,as the serial tag says "International 300".
This major error leads me to believe one of two things....they have a picture of a different tractor and changed the serial tag image,or they actually installed this wrong engine into the 300.

Yes but dont try to set the float on an H carb by using the IT manual. Way The heck off.

IT manual says 1 53/64, H service manual says 1 27/32, that's 1/64 difference, don't think anyone can measure that close--.

Allan is correct, there are a few "incorrect" diagrams in the various operators manuals--usually when there were only minor differences between the models. I have never noticed one that was any big deal.

IH always did do the "swap picture" thing between manuals. No big deal.
