Yep! Its sort of like I figured. You can't hunt them except in fall, Just sit back and watch until then.
I plan to get my meat out of that hay one way or another. It will either be in lamb or in venison.

I think I have it bad. But there are guys around here that have 30 - 50 in their fields. Game commissions say they'll increase the hunt (By 10%)
Big help that is.

Here in Md I think the state will reimburse you for lost crops to deer. They will relocate them too. My late father-in-law ate his share of those deer that were eating his shucked corn piles. I have one his deer head's that's mounted
that he killed in 1938. Hal

I thinned em out around here a few years back with my 225 (73 Buick Electra, that is.) Got two in one week, and another a couple of weeks later. Ended up with a cracked headlight trim. I'd hate to try it again with the junk I'm driving now days.
