At last I finally get to start on this tractor,(now that its about 100 degrees out) This is a sweet little tractor, not a ding anywhere, runs great with a couple minor leaks. I am doing the electrolisis thing in a 60 gallon stock tank for paint and rust removal. WHAT A GREAT THING IT IS!!

I posted pics in the photo section and will try to get them in this post if anyones interested.

Pretty good tractor you got there, will be even better after the restoration. I have a 49 SA and a 44 A I use, and there are a very handy tractor. As said, take your time, be carefull, and you will have a wonderfull piece of tractor history. Good luck!

Hi Scott, Well it looks like you got a good project there but if you ain't never done a restoration on one of these it takes a lot of time, patience, work, and some green stuff. I ain't never seen so many dadburn parts that has to be removed to do a complete restoration. If you ever need a little encouragement, post back.
Good luck and keep us posted.

Yep, Im gonna do this one 99.9% right. Completly disassemble it, strip and repaint. I expect I will be done around the end of the year if I am lucky. I got real lucky with this one, original owner and low hours. Worst thing is it sat out.
