You have to adpat the rear engine plate off the Faramll, and drill the pattern for the chevy bellhousing. Then you have to make an adapter shaft, to use a chevy clutch, a 4 speed input shaft works well, make a coupler, or a pipe that fits over both shafts, and welds in place. Throw out bearing is next, I think you can extend the farmall Slider, that holds the throw out bearing, so it will reach closer to the chevy clutch. The IH trow out bearing should work, as long as it can reach the clutch fingers and fit over them, dont use a diaphram clutch,, find an older clutch set up with fingers instead of the diaphram system, On diaphram cluches, you have to use the Chevy throw out bearing, and that mite make it a little harder to adapt. Hope this helps a little,, ChadS
